Was charged on my card last night came back today explained to Christina the in charge person and she was extremely helpful she comped me breakfast this morning and said she would talk to her manager about the issue now that's what I call great customer service by Christina I fully recommend this cafe at the rail city casino in Reno,nv

So far so good. I'm a first timer so I haven't enjoyed my breakfast yet but the staff lead by Xenia has been very friendly and welcoming. Thank you! I'll be back regardless at the very least to try something else.
