People in the office are very professional.

Hace un mes todo estaba tranquilo pero si nos mudaron unas personas y ahora hasta los paquetes se nos pierden y así ya n se puede vivir en esa unidad

Scheduled a tour and drove 5 hours to come visit. Showed up and leasing agent said there were no units to tour. The person I had been messaging about my tour was an AI agent. The leasing agent told me that they use the AI to “get people to come here.” Left immediately and will not return or recommend this place.

I originally scheduled an tour on Saturday March 28th, I got there 15 min early and waited sat outside the leasing office and when my tour was suppose to start I did not get a tour at all and waited 30 min after the fact and still did not get no tour I contacted the office and I got no response

This has been probably the worst apartment I have ever lived in. The neighbor next to me constantly plays drums shaking my walls and floors. The building is beyond out dated. Whenever the resident above me walks around it sounds like the ceiling is going to cave in and crush me. It has gotten so bad that the ceiling fan has started to fall apart from it. I am counting down the remaining days on my lease so I can get out of here. Wouldn’t even recommend to people I don’t like.

Desearía que el exterior del apartamento que vivo esté más cuidado o se le dé cariño, es muy feo y solo tiene que ver a que se le haga una limpieza. Cuando llego a mi apartamento siento que alguien me está ayudando a que viva ahí y no que me esfuerzo día a día por salir adelante por mis propios medios. La comunidad de City Side Flats que me ha tocado tener de vecinos han sido muy respetuosos.
