My concerns are with the carpet in the hallways. Residents can trip over the ripples. Also the pool needs to be fixed so the residents can start using again.

Heinz wishes people were still getting together after dinner. He says everyone goes to their rooms early. And he would love more communication at happy hour.

Heinz(my Dad) mention to me regarding happy hour that it’s not very “happy”. He said nobody talks or tells any stories about anything. Everyone just sits there so I think he would love to have a little more communication. I told him he could start the ball rolling.

Please stop raising rent on assisted living elderly. It's very sad. They're on a fixed income. It's not like they can go out and get a job.
