Procedure was not explained to me before hand. Doctor didn't introduce himself or discus anything with me. Was not informed of the anasthesia I was being given. I wasn't aware I was going to be sedated instead of just injections into my gums. Very uncomfortable experience.

great experience. obviously no one wants to need this service but the speed at which you got me in was fantastic. the staff was great and I was grumpy😁 And, 2 days in and I have had almost no pain. WAJ

Had a bad experience with shot that put me to sleep. It was like a twilight zone experience. If I ever have to have one again I pray I don’t have the. Same experience. It was really scary. I didn’t say anything while there.

The reason I gave low ratings was about the front staff. Slow and disorganized.The dentist did a excellent job, once I got back there,wait was over 45 minutes.
