Everything was great, however did have a complaint to the receptionist about the music in waiting room.

Telling a child "stop crying or you're going to have to stay in here" is unacceptable in any circumstance but especially during his first surgery when he's terrified and wanting his mom. And while I understand efficency, what is routine for you is scary for children and stressful for parents. A little kindness goes a long way.

The nurse that checked us in was rude and short with us. My daughter was scared and crying and she was not comforting at all. I know she does this everyday but the patients coming in don’t. She should be more understanding of that.

Everyone was extremely nice. They answered all questions and made sure I was comfortable.

Its not easy having to deal with patients with all varied backgrounds and questions, the staff was able to allay all those fears and questions with smiling faces and explained the charges and made sure the patient understood the ramifications of the procedure and the costs involved.Dr. Blake did an excellent job and look forward to the implant.
