Its not easy having to deal with patients with all varied backgrounds and questions, the staff was able to allay all those fears and questions with smiling faces and explained the charges and made sure the patient understood the ramifications of the procedure and the costs involved.Dr. Blake did an excellent job and look forward to the implant.

Great care and explanation of procedure. Only comment is that I was told that I would receive a follow-up call that evening or the next day to see how I was doing; and I did not receive a call.

Procedure was not explained to me before hand. Doctor didn't introduce himself or discus anything with me. Was not informed of the anasthesia I was being given. I wasn't aware I was going to be sedated instead of just injections into my gums. Very uncomfortable experience.
