I didn’t receive my pre surgery instructions until 3 hours before my surgery. Other than communication. Dr Clark and staff are top notch.

Always go above and beyond to ensure everything goes well and there are no suprises. I appreciate the TLC they give my daughter from checkin to checkout. Class act.

Upon booking, I did not receive a confirmation until a couple weeks before my appointment. I had to be proactive to double check with the facility to ensure my appointment was booked after the first phone call. While waiting to be seen by the doctor the staff was very friendly and hospitable. The customer service from that point of view was as amazing but I wish the procedure was explained to be before being out under. No one explained the process and next steps for the day. Post op instructions were clear because of the pamphlet given. The biggest takeaway is please explain the procedure to the patient before taking them back and while inputting the IV. Things were just done to be and not explained. I would not recommend this facility to anyone because of that.

It was a very pleasant atmosphere and great customer service.

Better communication about next steps. what to expect, and how to provide aftercare. This is the second exact procedure because it was never communicated that we HAD to have the follow up procedure 6 months after the first, only that we had to wait six months before having the second procedure. We would have never chosen to do the first painful procedure twice if we had known.
