Waiting area could use some help in temperature. Didn’t see any plug in or signage for laptop or iPhones. Tv was not working while I was there.I should have checked out service area before I bought my car. I will the next time I purchase my next one..Extra charge for using a credit card?Waiting area cold and not comfortable. 2 hours to remove a nail on tire and check fluids.

I found out a repair needed to diagnose the recall was needed. Additional charge added.The reverse camera still goes out intermittently with no warningThe services fighters and staff were great. I still have an intermittent problem with the back up camera going blue still
