I believe the damage charges for the window shades are unnecessary. Being charged $50 because one end of a shade was bent seems extreme. Those shades bend from slight contact and I hadn't noticed the damage the entire time I lived in that room, nor would most residents. The other two charges I am ok with paying but that one seems unnecessary.

I had a charge for flooring as well as trash. You guys had someone professionally clean my floors since there was bug problem in the apartment (over the summer, when I was not there). I am confused how this would need to be a charge as there was no damages to the floor. Additionally, what was the trash charge? There was no trash left. Thank you!

There were no stains on carpet at move out. See attached pictures taken by Eloise.

My apartment had several items when I moved in. I left those items when I left because I was not sure who they belonged to.

I am disputing the cleaning fee associated with the bathtub drain. The drain was clean and free of mold when I moved out in May, and I have been away from the apartment since then. During this time the drain continued to drip and remained exposed to moisture. Under those conditions, mold and buildup can naturally develop over time, and I had no reasonable opportunity to address it while I was no longer occupying the apartment. This was not the condition I left behind intentionally or through neglect and the underlying issue is the continuously dripping drain and moisture, which is a maintenance issue outside of my control. Since the drain was clean when I vacated the apartment, I believe this cleaning charge is the apartment's responsibility rather than mine. I respectfully request that the cleaning fee be waived and removed from my charges.

I’m being racially profiled and targeted. I’m getting blamed for marijuana usage because i’m black when my roommate William is smoking in house and on balcony. They’ve violated me for disturbance because i called police because i was unsafe. They hang up on me when i called & barely respond to my emails. I’ve made several attempts to let management know my roommates were smoking on my first day moving in i let them know of the filth and stink smells. Nothings being done. I’m being racially targeted to either move or get evicted. Seriously thinking of suing for the embarrassment and emotional distress

Hello there, this form isn't the format I expected. Wanted to inform y'all of some things. In terms of my own bed space, while the actual cost of the cleaning are a bit higher than necessary those charges are correct. However I fully dispute the common area items as they are in the common area

My roommates and I were charged for broken blinds on the door to the patio upon our move-out inspection. This damage was documented on February 26, 2026 during a quarterly inspection, and the charge was paid March 1, 2026. Despite paying for this damage, the blinds were never replaced, and therefore, we were double charged upon move-out.

I didn’t see any trash when i left to be taken. Additionally the blinds were broken beforehand and did not sustain any damages due to my rental.
