I was charged a trash fee for two items, one of which was not mine and the other I can’t remember if it was mine or not. Regardless I would like to dispute this fee to only charge for one item.

My concern regarding the charges added to my account is that I have not lived in this apartment for over a year. Although I was unable to terminate my lease early and was therefore required to continue making lease payments, I physically moved out of the apartment and returned my keys in June 2025.After I moved out, several of my roommates continued living in the unit. During the following year, the apartment underwent multiple inspections, and at no point were any damages or cleaning charges associated with my room communicated to me or posted to my account.Additionally, it was well known that the remaining tenants had access to my former room despite the lock, which was not sufficient to prevent others from entering or using the space. Because I had vacated the room over a year before these charges were assessed, I cannot reasonably be held responsible for any damage, excessive wear, or cleaning issues that may have occurred after my departure.I also do not understand why these charges are only now being added to my account when I moved out (June 2025) before the unit turnover period in July 2025. At that time, the condition of my room should have been documented. Any changes to the room's condition between June 2025 and July 2026 could have resulted from the remaining tenants using the room for storage, guests, or other purposes after I had vacated it.For these reasons, I respectfully request that these charges be reviewed and removed from my account, as I do not believe they accurately reflect my responsibility.

The oven is shown as a cleaning issue, despite the fact I haven't used it the entire year I lived there. I'm not even sure what they're pointing out on the sink, and we wiped down the fridge with sanitizing wipes. Finally, the alcohol left, while an issue, is not 95 dollars worth of cleaning.

I did not break the blinds in my room. Attached is a picture I took the evening I moved out, and the blinds are not broken.

I know I owe the $5000 because I moved out earlier . I just wanted to know if yall will wait a little bit before sending me to collections . I was gonna try to pay a little bit of the $5000 when I get my school check. Also I seen a charge about the mold in the tub and that came in there ever since I moved in that was t my fault .

I am trying to get in touch with someone regarding a carpet replace charge I received after I moved out of my apartment. I was directed to email a Mika Manginelli, but have yet to receive a response to the three emails I have sent over the past month.
