We haven’t really had any experiences with this new property management company besides paying the rent online

Can never get a hold of anyone on the phone or even at the office. Other than that everything is good.

A very good property management company. Processes do rental payment and maintenance requests are efficient and staff are generally swift to respond.

We have been renting our house for the past ten years through Clients1st and it has been a great experience. They are very responsive to requests and they have always handled any service/repair issues quickly.

My direct deposit comes each month on or about the 5th of every month month. I had requested numerous times to move the due date to the 5th in stead of the 1st due to the direct deposit. While i post dates a check one time and it was deposited right away anyways, it resulted in a return check fee as well as banned from paying on the portal going forward, and instead, given options of stores to pay in. Then there are rules, can only pay by cash, hours are limited, etc it has been an extremely stressful monthly occurrence. I was unaware of exactly how long i had to be late (which is helpful had i learned exactly when lateness was) and I’ve since been banned from paging on the portal since that ONE occurrence. My direct deposit, i cannot move the date. Or i would have already.The payment portal lack of has been a nightmare. I wish they would consider giving me another chance to pay on their portal. Paying other ways has been extremely stressful because there are so many rules and specifics to paying provided the other means of. Otherwise- i love living here! Thank you! 🙏🏼

Clients First is very responsive. Our homeowner is not. We've needed new gutters for years. Still waiting.
