Communication was a little spotty on his end - like he would call me the night before to tell me he was coming over the next day which gave me little time to plan, or he would say he would call when he was on his way and then didn't - BUT he did a really good job, was efficient, cleaned up after himself and the interruption to my schedule when he actually did the work was very minimal.

Review is related to a repair to a leaking outside faucet. It was only 1-2 days from when I reported it & the plumber came out. The plumber was from Creative Plumbing, I believe. He promptly fixed the faucet with a better, more current valve design. He also explained what he did & why the faucet developed the leak.

Communication gaps in some issues. More clear updates on who to contact in the company for specific issues - not clear on the website and company update newsletters/email are sparse.
