Communication gaps in some issues. More clear updates on who to contact in the company for specific issues - not clear on the website and company update newsletters/email are sparse.

Mrs. Janet Solages is an outstanding property manager. She’s very responsive and goes above and beyond to minimize any issues or concerns I may have. Since I’m in the military and I move around a lot, I’ve worked with several property managers and she’s by far the best. Please keep up the excellent customer service!!
