Living here has been great! I’ve really appreciated the office and maintenance staff! My only complaints are (1) the far too frequent smell of weed and (2) the noise. Neither of which are really actionable issues. 🤷‍♀️I have mixed feelings about the new access system. It’s convenient but also inconvenient because I always forget the gates are functioning now, and I have to dig my phone out of my bag to open it once I get here. First world problems. 🤣 I also worry that I’ll forget my phone or it will die…Then I’m up a creek without a paddle.I would also love for the office to communicate important information via text. I’m HORRIBLE at checking my email. 😅

The only thing I wish they could do is a add a first responder discount to the rent.

They didn’t have an apartment to show me, then they wait till I leave and get back home to tell me I didn’t qualify !How did they know they didn’t ask for any paper work or nothing

The apartment complex has changed management twice from the originals that I moved in with the first management team had the highest responsiveness for maintenance but unfortunately they were burdened with the maintenance repairs of the cheap lights that went faulty all the time. Then they opted to renovate and add patios to some more buildings and when they were presenting this to the community in a gathering I told them that it would invite degeneracy which they had been fighting off for about a year when we moved in because despite it being a non-smoking community smokers will smoke. I didn't know the renovations were just a means to an end since as soon as the renovations were done the complex was sold off. Maintenance was replaced and became less responsive and active, rules weren't enforced as often, and the new patios had invited degeneracy since the smokers were back and people didn't try to keep the yards clean. With the current management they barely started getting everything together and I have noticed that the complex is filling up again and there's more loitering around in the parking lot do to lack of patios and balconies for individuals who like to spend time outside and lack of privacy for degeneracy. So if the rules aren't enforced the parking lot will be home to people who have bad habits and want to be degenerate since the patios are few and far between and cost more.

My wife and I were searching for an apartment.We have a very little time and our leasing agent Monae, was absolutely amazing from the very beginning. When we walked in, she was very helpful, she put in so much time and effort to thoroughly explain everything about the property and we were able to even tour. One of the vacant unit we loved the apartment, it was absolutely everything we were looking for and we wasted no time to apply. All of the workers are absolutely helpful and are very eager to assist in answering any questions we had. Monae, is truly am amazing young lady She is so knowledgeable, so helpful.She went above and beyond to assist us during this very stressful time. She made time to email touch bases with us every day and respond to all of our concerns and address any issues that arised and truly just went out of her way to really help us. We are beyond grateful and blessed to have met her and we cannot wait to begin our new chapter.

Since the new management company, none of the gates work so they are always open, people are smoking outside frequently, the pool will be closed on short notice, the gym equipment is in poor shape, and I don’t always get an answer when I call the office. The previous property management company was certainly better.

The issue is still happening and no one ever reached out

Light was never replaced still have issues I was at apartment all day nobody ever showed up

Nobody ever came but they marked that the service request was completed. I put it in on Sunday and it is now Wednesday.
