Very Hostile office staff.

Parking has become a pain, as there are several parking spots taken up infront of the building by trailers holding lawnscaping equipment which haven't moved in months causing me to have to park around the corner far away from my apartment, especially as the apartments around me are finally being rented out. Also one of my new neighbors has installed a Ring camera looking down the stairwell, which makes me uncomfortable and feels like an invasion of my privacy.

Everyone was so nice and welcoming. They were also very knowledgeable, with all of my questions.

Your staff is really wonderful. Your community is great. I wish that I would have known that credit plays a major role in you deciding who can reside at your complex. I’m working hard with a debt consolidation, my rent and bills are paid on time and sometimes ahead, but unfortunately that was not taken into consideration. I would have been a wonderful asset to your community, but I understand you have standards. I will still give the well deserved good reviews. Thank you very kindly for the time to see your place. It’s beautiful.

The property manager doesn't care about issues with tenants...she says call the police we have a neighbor with chickens on their back porch the sequel all the time....we called the police they don't care....also the haven't cleaned the corridor in over a year...the flooring at the entrance is buckled..its only a matter of time when someone trips

Waste my time I was so excited want that apt and my daughter live this apt I want near her but they are my credit scores no goods so sad

This week stripping is being done in parking lots. All buildings around me are scheduled tomorrow. I am an elderly disabled female. I can only walk short distances with a cane. I contacted office for accommodations. I was told special accommodation could not be given. That my vehicle would be towed if not moved. It is 85 degrees here this afternoon. I am fearful of the distance I have to walk in heat. Need pine needles desperately. When landscaping comes only blows dirt and debris. Covers vehicles.
