I was graciously and professionally received

Heat has been out for months, entrance door gets stuck, neighbors dog had cornered me in the wood line and is constantly going to the bathroom directly outside of their patio door which smells disgusting. There is frequently trash around the dumpster and several times bags have broken and been left in the parking lot. The exterior lights on the building flash all night long into my window. Have been since the first day I moved in. The other day a random guy parked his truck outside my unit and blasted music while he worked on his car stereo while a neighbor continuously yelled at him from her balcony. First day I moved in my Amazon package was stolen from in front of my door. Several times I’ve had to wait on important packages because I couldn’t get home from work til after office hours and the package room access stayed broken for like half a year. Not to mention I was put into this apartment at a discounted rate because my first unit was full of mold roaches and broken items. (Which I have a video and pics of). I am currently looking for a new place and will likely ask to be let out of my lease early and without penalty.

Alexis was amazing!! She made us feel welcome and had an answer to all our questions. This was the first apartments we looked and and the last!!

Nearly no concern or urgency it vital maintenance concerns especially with the black mold infestation. We lived here for 15 years and several corporate owners over the years and the current owners are operating this property like slum lords. I worked for many years in the hospitality industry and I can tell you the price to service ratio appalling. If we could have afforded to move we would have done it years ago.

Very Hostile office staff.

Parking has become a pain, as there are several parking spots taken up infront of the building by trailers holding lawnscaping equipment which haven't moved in months causing me to have to park around the corner far away from my apartment, especially as the apartments around me are finally being rented out. Also one of my new neighbors has installed a Ring camera looking down the stairwell, which makes me uncomfortable and feels like an invasion of my privacy.
