Signed lease a month prior to move in. Leasing agent did not even do a walk through before i moved in. Washer and dryer not in the unit. Even though leasing agent was reminded multiple times at walk through, at signing of lease, and even just a courtesy call. I was instructed to use another apartment for laundry, which had broken washer and drier. Then had to go to another apartment which was even farther away. Garbage disposal isn’t working in the house. I would like a call from property manager. Have not been impressed with the move in process, especially for “luxury apartments”

Kim and Kelly were excellent very pleasant ladies Sean was always there to fix whatever I needed I felt so safe there and they kept the outside grass cut all the time

The dishwasher power on chimes still come on throughout the day and night

My favorite part about Cocoa Grand is the lake. Anyone can walk, run bike or play in the area surrounding the lake without worry of traffic. I love the apartment lay out and the closet spaces and the pantry size is fantastic. I am not in support of a private gate or gazebo or fountain to the lake that means more money in rent and it's expensive as it is. I would like to see some incentive programs for long term renters such as myself. We have seen renters come and go some good and some bad. Long term renters who stay and are a guaranteed source of income should be rewarded maybe by locking in your rates. Also I have seen where at times of renewal neighbors of mine were given promotions on rent and I was not offered the same. I think that is not fair promotional offers should run for entire year periods of renters who are renewing. Not just 3 months. Besides that I really love everything about Cocoa Grand.

Looked at two bedroom accessible apartment. Waiting for another one to view ,but being worked on.I am unable to walk so bathing area not good. There is a roll in shower near fitness room.Lift for the pool lid and has not been used in a long time . Battery is dead and signs of sitting. Kelli was very pleasant and enjoyed my tour.

There needs to be some sort of arrival notice instead of this sporadic appearance. If im not there, im going to continue to have a rotting ceiling due to poor build quality that im currently paying 2k a month for. Heard from a neighbor their issue took forever to get addressed so she was given a gift card for the inconvenience. Thats insane. I just want this handled better. It wasn't a chore to get things fixed around the property until recently.

Just noticed that there is a massive amount of dog feces throughout lawn!

I love the staff. I have no time for pool. But still I enjoy the community.
