My washer shakes like it’s about to break! My clothes won’t fully drain and my dryer has to work 100 times harder to dry. I have called 2 times and both times they have left without fixing the problem, or communicating that they will! I am very disappointed and frustrated

Neighbors upstairs noisy and inconsiderate of tenants below them. Ash cigarettes on porch which fall onto my porch. Emailed leasing. No response.

Very peaceful place to liveIt would be nice if we could have a recumbent bike in the gym
