Perfect service and Frank was great. The ONLY issue I had where the meaningless signs at EVERY door telling my I can not bring a legally licensed fire arm into the building. If I was looking to purchase a car or I was not there for emergency service, I would go to the next dealer.

Great customer service by the sales team at Coggin Acura of Fort Pierce! Sales team was very helpful and courteous. The sales consultant Andy was very helpful in making the purchase process go by smoothly, efficient and quickly!

We had an 11 am appt. And were told service would take about 1.5 hrs. Seeing no progress of the car on the text message I went out to the garage desk to see what was going on. Our car was still waiting to go in. We were told our car needed a brake flush as well routine oil/tire rotation. We were also told we needed a new fob battery. No cost for brake service was quoted by the advisor and when I asked was told about $130.00 and fob battery $6.00. I cancelled the brake draining to speed up the process. When my car service was complete the advisor was not around and the young woman advisor finished our paperwork at 1:45. The battery was never replaced either. Service at Coggin is usually a smooth efficient process not 3 hours for an oil change
