Quite satisfied

We had an 11 am appt. And were told service would take about 1.5 hrs. Seeing no progress of the car on the text message I went out to the garage desk to see what was going on. Our car was still waiting to go in. We were told our car needed a brake flush as well routine oil/tire rotation. We were also told we needed a new fob battery. No cost for brake service was quoted by the advisor and when I asked was told about $130.00 and fob battery $6.00. I cancelled the brake draining to speed up the process. When my car service was complete the advisor was not around and the young woman advisor finished our paperwork at 1:45. The battery was never replaced either. Service at Coggin is usually a smooth efficient process not 3 hours for an oil change

We will only deal with Carlos Narcisse, as he has proved trustworthy, kind, patient and a pleasure to work with over the last 15 or so years.

All Service personnel, from arrival to departure were courteous and helpful. My visit was unscheduled, and involved a computer issue that I was not performing correctly. I appreciated their help.

My appointment took about 3 hours. While I waited, the waiting area and sitting areas of the showroom allowed me to make calls and complete work I brought.

Great experience with George purchasing a new car! He taught me many things about the car I didn’t know coming in and made me feel comfortable every step of the way! The process was relatively quick and painless and wouldn’t have done it without George and team!

Overall very good. The wait was longer than expected and the waiting are busy, but overall things went well.
