All Service personnel, from arrival to departure were courteous and helpful. My visit was unscheduled, and involved a computer issue that I was not performing correctly. I appreciated their help.

My appointment took about 3 hours. While I waited, the waiting area and sitting areas of the showroom allowed me to make calls and complete work I brought.

Great experience with George purchasing a new car! He taught me many things about the car I didn’t know coming in and made me feel comfortable every step of the way! The process was relatively quick and painless and wouldn’t have done it without George and team!

SAme day appointment

Recall 1 of 2 performed. Installed fuel pump within about 2.5 hours. Very satisfied however I will need to come back again for 2nd recall. I was told via phone when scheduling appointment for fuel pump recall that recall 2 (Engine rod) would be separate as the parts are not in and the time for this can take up to 8 hours. I was told at my appointment this can take up to 3 days? Uncertain why the discrepancy. I drive over an hour one way which makes this more difficult, which it’s my choice as I love Acura vehicles, but I truly was hoping for better news. Again, love my Acura and Coggin is and has been my go to for many, many years. Coggin cares about their customers and it shows. Thank you!
