Called in to schedule an appointment to replace the battery on my 2018 Acura MDX. The service representative ( Ericka), was very professional, kind, and accommodating. I dropped off my vehicle earlier than my scheduled appointment as it was more convenient. The service department advised me that they n would test the battery and a few other components to ensure that the battery was the source of the issues. Once the issue was confirmed, the battery was replaced, and I was contacted promptly.
