I was told that my alternator was going bad in my truck, but Alex there a thorough check on my truck. Make sure everything was good and found that it was just my battery need to be replaced. And I appreciate his patient and his consistent of keeping me informed of what was going on with my truck while it was in his car. Thanks Alex appreciate your help.

Eric Bennett is the reason I drove from Orlando to buy from You. 20 minutes after I enquired about a Certified Used RDX I received a 4 minute video detailing all the features on the vehicle and what the Technology package has to offer as well as a detailed look at the inside and out. I have never agreed to buy something so expensive over the phone before but Eric is an excellent salesman and the thorough video sold me and we made a deal in an hour. We drove down the same day and left with a new car. I was looking all over the state for a Acura and I spoke with at least 8 other salesmen and visited 3 other dealerships. Eric made a fair deal I was comfortable with and took the time to teach us how to use all the new features on the vehicle. He is personable, professional, and a fun Dude to hang out with. Best Care Salesperson I have ever dealt with in any capacity. The finance guy was the opposite of that and did not do a good job on educating Us on the extended warranty or maintenance program Eric got me interested in buying. You really should have a printed out sheet outlining what You get for the extra money, it is hard to decide what extra features You want without seeing it on paper. Eric should do the finance portion also because he is so thorough. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Very nice, very professional. The man at the intake desk (outside) is very good at his job. He truly understands customer service. The "terms of service" question is a little odd and sounds like something I should have my lawyer look at. I absolutely do not agree to the Terms of Service. I'm only checking the box because you won't go away unless I do.
