Grant Marsh was professional, courteous and went above and beyond. He listened to me, to my needs and concerns. Grant actually met me outside the door and welcomed me into the dealership. He presented the various options . Grant is an asset to Acura and the reason I am driving an RDX today :)

Everything went smoothly n quick. I was so appreciative of Alex n Jennifer whom were very helpful. I didn’t buy a car, it had service u in my 2015 MDX.

At first, was disappointed due to lack of communication. Rushed and drove over to dealership from Okeechobee for my first scheduled oil change, only to be told that it wouldn’t be covered because the wrench icon was not lit up on my dash, which I was not informed had to be on when scheduling courtesy oil changes. Thankfully for the manager Roderick, he was willing to make things right between us because I was not impressed and feeling disappointed for the second time! So, thanks to Roderick otherwise I would have not so nice things to say.
