Richard was great! Beatrice stopped by to make sure things were going smoothly On the other hand, this was the same thing that happened to the car a month ago. I had to drive for 2.5 hours from home and back and wait 1 to two hours each time for service to fix the problem. I was told this was a factory issue which wasn’t properly resolved the first time when the car only had about 500 miles on it. Lexus used to pick up the car from my house and service it and return it. I understand Acura is different but this was a factory warranty problem. FYI. Scott
