Alex was my service technician, and he was accommodating. Initially, Acura could not fix my alignment issue, but Alex brought me back and attempted to rectify the issue. When Acura could not resolve my case, Alex showed me the problem I needed to repair to fix my situation. He assured me Acura would be able to solve my problem once I fixed the issue. Alex and Acura haven't given up on me, making me feel like the dealership cares.

I always receive great service from Alex in the service department to Alvin and Arturo in the sales department. This is my first Acura and new to Florida and with these great people at this location it definitely won't be my last Acura !
