I don’t usually submit surveys but in this case I feel it’s well deserved. I would like to give a big Thanks to Stephanie and Rich!!! They have gone above and beyond to help with a very frustrating situation. Acura corporate on the other hand os a different kettle of fish. Last week I filed a grievance case because the part that we have no ETA on is a sensor that governs the deployment of the airbag system. We have been waiting for over three months … totally unacceptable!!!
