I don’t usually submit surveys but in this case I feel it’s well deserved. I would like to give a big Thanks to Stephanie and Rich!!! They have gone above and beyond to help with a very frustrating situation. Acura corporate on the other hand os a different kettle of fish. Last week I filed a grievance case because the part that we have no ETA on is a sensor that governs the deployment of the airbag system. We have been waiting for over three months … totally unacceptable!!!

Beatriz is knowledgeable and pleasant. She demonstrated her experience by answering in details all our questions. Excellent auto sales lady. If I had to buy another car I would definitely look for her.

I was recently driving on the turnpike, and essentially lost all forward power. I got off the road way safely thank goodness. I assess the situation and realized I do have power, but only at high RPMs. I called the dealership spoke to Jennifer, who was extremely helpful and promised me a loaner. Upon my arrival I limped to the dealership and as promised, Jennifer was waiting my arrival and she and Alex were helpful and getting me in and out the next morning I got the call What the issue was and it was resolved immediately. I picked up my car the next day washed and vacuumed and fully serviced. I have nothing but positive comments for the service manager, my service advisor and for Jennifer from my perspective, they all work together and make a great team which as a customer makes my experience outstanding. Well, nobody likes service issues I feel comfortable and confident with this dealership. I would never hesitate going back highly recommended.
