I had 9:00 appointment and was greeted promptly upon my arrival. The two vehicles that I was interested in seeing were out front and available for me to look at immediately. Going back inside the sales manager came in and introduced himself to me. My salesman and I then started our negotiations. I was asked what I wanted for my trade which I gave him my number. When he brought numbers back to the table it was shy of my trade price, we spoke more he went back to his manager, who agreed with what I said I was willing to accept. This was by far the easiest car buying experience that I have ever had with a dealership. Carlos my salesman was awesome.
