I have worked with Carlos many times since this is my 5th Acura. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful in setting up everything related to my new car. A+++. After buying or leasing five MDX's and one TL, we leased and picked up a 2024 RDX. Carlos Narcisse who has been our sales person before was our sales person and did an excellent job. The service department fell down a bit as they forgot to install the rubber floor mats and did not check the tire pressure. We had to add air prior to leaving the dealership.

Everything went smoothly and Stephanie was phenomenal. Caring yet professional without pressuring you into making a decision. She explained what should be serviced 1st and what items could wait until next time. Thank you
