My service advisor, Stephanie Mulholland, did an outstanding job.

I had 9:00 appointment and was greeted promptly upon my arrival. The two vehicles that I was interested in seeing were out front and available for me to look at immediately. Going back inside the sales manager came in and introduced himself to me. My salesman and I then started our negotiations. I was asked what I wanted for my trade which I gave him my number. When he brought numbers back to the table it was shy of my trade price, we spoke more he went back to his manager, who agreed with what I said I was willing to accept. This was by far the easiest car buying experience that I have ever had with a dealership. Carlos my salesman was awesome.

Met Maintenance Representative Richard Mongiove, was impressed with his professional mannerism. He listened to my concerns and provided me with educated feedback on my vehicle's needs. Needed my timing belt replaced. Instead of waiting several hours there was offered the opportunity to use a loaner vehicle which was very much appreciated! When my vehicle was ready for pick up later on that evening, Richard called to advise. Thank you Richard for the respect, accuracy and empathy. Acura has not let me down. And I am grateful for the mechanics working on my vehicle...at true asset! Remaining a loyal Acura customer for over 20 years!
