Needed my timing belt replaced. Instead of waiting several hours there was offered the opportunity to use a loaner vehicle which was very much appreciated! When my vehicle was ready for pick up later on that evening, Richard called to advise. Thank you Richard for the respect, accuracy and empathy. Acura has not let me down. I came in because I bought a used Acura down in Stuart. This was the closest location. I’m glad that I came in because it was a fantastic experience. I didn’t have to wait, everyone was very nice. The lounge is very welcoming and the service department was very helpful.
