Alvin did an excellent job in following through with all aspects from start to delivery. He knew what model and exterior and interior we wanted and informed us when it came to the dealership. Alvin did an excellent job in keeping us informed during and after the Covid crisis and computer chip shortage We told him the model, exterior and interior colors and we got exactly what we wanted! Craig has been especially instrumental in the titling , registration and licensing in South Dakota. He made me quite comfortable with the paper work… This is the second lease he has executed for us !!

From the time I got to the service dept. till I left everything went perfect. The service representative explained everything and was just wonderful to deal with. Most of all I felt comfortable my car was in good hands.

I called to check if the service department was busy, as I needed a quick oil change before a road trip. They were busy but told me to come in and that they would do their best to get me in. They fit me in, and I did not have to wait. Fantastic service and much appreciated considering I did not have an appointment!

I have to say the service was good. Had to bring my car in becAuse i had originally scheduled the consierge service which i always use but there was a big problem this time. I was told not enough drivers and i couldnt be guaranteed to get my car back in the same day. It was only getting an oil change so i had to reschedule my appt and bring the car in myself. Pretty dissappointing but i guess like everywhere else these days no one has enough help. Hoping its better next time i need service.
