From the begining to the end, this was a very pleasant purchase experience. My salesman Alvin walked me through the process and he also showed me a lot of the car's features. The sales manager Rico Manley was great as well. The F&I experience was great too. I was presented with some protection options but didn't feel pressured to buy anything.

Coggin does a great job of listening to their customer.. they also provide very good service.. I love the photo diagnostic explanations and they keep it straight, that is, if it does not need replacing, they don’t…but they do flag the concern.. I appreciate this method.. they are also very accommodating.. Stephanie, my Service Advisor, goes above and beyond to make sure everything is to your satisfaction.. she works hard to make it right.. and sees it through-especially working with the warranty companies.. very often a huge endeavor.. but she stays the course.. I am very satisfied with the entire Coggin Team, from Sharon in the billing department to the Service Manager.. this is my go to Acura dealer since relocating back to Florida..
