My Experience was great!! This is my 5th car that I purchased from Coggin. Javier is very patient, and knows how to please the customer, and goes above and beyond to help you get what you’re looking for. Craig is amazing at his job as well, he makes sure you get the payments you want and shops around for the best rates, no matter what your credit rating is. Arturo, does a good job at leading this team to make your shopping experience amazing, the final touches that he adds on makes Coggin Acura above the rest. I have been to several dealerships, but Coggin has keeps me coming back, and I would recommend them over and over again.

We were well pleased at every point in our interaction with Coggins Acura. Starting with Arya who called us after our online registration. We then heard from Jeff who became our sales contact. Jeff followed up with content related to the car we were interested in. He encouraged us to come back by, so we visited twice that day. Jeff was friendly, informative, and persuasive. We seemed to be a good deal apart on price. When we came to an impasse, Jeff called in the BIG GUN, Rico (the sales manager). After much negotiation, Rico sweetened the deal so much that we couldn't walk (or drive) away. I think he's gonna hold a grudge after I beat him at arm wrestling to get the better deal. Sorry Rico. Oorah! and Semper Fi. Working with these guys was like a night out with friends. There was much camaraderie and the entire experience became a fun afternoon at Coggins Acura. Somehow Roderick (the General Manager) got involved and we were convinced even further that we had made an outstanding decision when we gave our business to Coggins. You are lucky to have each of these talented car sales professionals. We completed the deal and drove home proud of our car, proud of our deal, and happy to have made some "new friends in the car business." You can be assured that anytime buying a care is mentioned, we will put Coggins into the discussion and relay our story... about the day car buying became fun and EASY!
