Carlos is amazing and I only deal with him and Acura , I am always treated well Carlos is amazing , I only have one issue I only received one key for car , I know it was an oversight, I have looked everywhere and I do not remember getting a second key , but Carlos is truly an asset and I know this problem will be fixed , thank you Carlos for another amazing experience

My sales team, which included the general sales manager, Arturo Santos, and my sales advisor, Jeff Eid, were amazing. They were very knowledgeable about my new RDX and were not pushy in trying to sell the vehicle. As a female, buying a vehicle in the past has not always been a great experience. Both gentlemen treated me with respect and made sure I understood all the features in my vehicles. They did not "over sell" the vehicle. When speaking with Jeff, he was able to tell me all the features my RDX had and did not have when compared with the vehicle I was trading in. They both were very responsive to any questions or concerns. Upon delivery of my vehicle there was an issue with the driver's side door handle. Arturo and Jeff handled it immediately! A sign of a great team is not how they handle themselves when everything goes perfectly, but when there is a problem that needs to be solved. Watching how these gentlemen went and addressed the problem, it was addressed quickly and efficiently. I was extremely happy with how they took care of the problem and got me back into my new RDX. It was a wonderful buying experience! I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go see Jeff and Arturo!
