Service went smooth (gold service and brake fluid flush). An unrelated/cosmetic part is ordered for the trunk hinge. I have been going to Coggin for service since 2004 and other than the expected personnel changes, the service has been very good.

Valet service. Very good interaction with Dom. Stephanie very professional and knowledgeable about repair required. Price quoted was rather high...final price lower. I did not buy a new car....is this for that?

Joseph was professional, knowledgeable, and very attentive to our needs. He took the time to explain what was needed and how it was carried out. It was a pleasure working with him and getting to know him.

I had my transmission serviced and runs alot better now overall good experience. I was checking around my engine a found the clips to my air cleaner popped off , not secured and some of my controls on the steering wheel were turned off both minor incidents but maybe double check that everything is set back to normal.
