My car was taken in for service at the scheduled time. Stephanie, my service associate, went through the service items my car needed as well as the coupons I had to see which would work best for me. I was kept updated on the progress and my service was completed in the time I was quoted. All in all a great experience.

We called Service because my Car was having difficulty starting, seats weren't adjusting, back hatch would only go up manually, fob, with new battery did nothing. We were told to bring it up, we did and were treated professionally and quickly. Stephanie, who check us in and made the report, told us what it could be and was correct. We were very pleased with how we were treated, but especially Stephanie. She knew her facts!
