As I said in a previous response: your service department is a pleasure to visit. In this instance that was true. But I would like to single out Ms. Mulholland as especially conscientious and friendly.

My car was taken in for service at the scheduled time. Stephanie, my service associate, went through the service items my car needed as well as the coupons I had to see which would work best for me. I was kept updated on the progress and my service was completed in the time I was quoted. All in all a great experience.
