We called Service because my Car was having difficulty starting, seats weren't adjusting, back hatch would only go up manually, fob, with new battery did nothing. We were told to bring it up, we did and were treated professionally and quickly. Stephanie, who check us in and made the report, told us what it could be and was correct. We were very pleased with how we were treated, but especially Stephanie. She knew her facts!
