Spoke with Arturo & Carlos prior to purchase. Explained my situation closing on home. Scheduled test drive with Carlos. Very informative on the vehicle and held a very calm demeanor, unlike most car salesmen. Negotiations were very fair and felt super comfortable with the entire process. Carlos delivered the vehicle and completed all paperwork at home. Very smooth process the whole way.
