The staff is very professional, especially Carlos Narcisse, which without hesitation, gave me so many different alternatives to keep being his client. I was about to stop being a customer of Cogging Acura, but his negotiations skills are impressive; plus, his out-of-the-box thinking made me stay as a customer. Also, during the delivery, Vanessa Mendez was very professional and made the car's transition very transparent.

I like getting text and email with result of inspection, oil change special $69.99, rotation of tire $10 and I received $5.00 off final bill plus a car wash and spray inside car with a viral disinfectant! I was looking for an SUV. I looked online, and the new 2022 MXD looked nice. Jeff Goff called and we chatted about the SUV. He provided me with a video that he made of the one that was at the dealer. I could not test drive it because it was a loaner and was always out. When one finally became available, I went in for a test drive and really liked the experience. Jeff expected some to arrive at the dealership by the beginning of March so I put down a deposit to hold one for me. Once it arrived, I drove it again - finalized the paperwork and brought it home later in the day. Jeff once again went through all the details of the vehicle with me.Jeff was an amazing Ambassador for Acura. He is very knowledgeable, patient and easy to deal with.
