My experience was awesome as usual!

I have got 6 Acura's since 2008. All from Coggin. Sale's experience has always been good. My Sales Rep Carlos Narcisse makes it easy, and really knows the product. The Service Dept is very good also. I'm very comfortable being a customer there.

Purchase and pickup experience was excellent - Andy Roblero was very attentive and knowledgeable during the purchase process. The business manager was prepared and knowledgeable. The purchase price was fair.

We looked at many different vehicles before purchasing our RDX from Javier Crespo. We saw the car on Truecar and Javier reached out to us and sent a very thorough video walk through of the vehicle. The video showed all the features of the car and really got my wife interested in the vehicle. Javier was never pushy and always made us feel comfortable. We drove an hour and a half to see the car and Javier had it sitting up front and ready for us to test drive. He and Rico Manley made the whole car buying experience easy and fun, which is a departure from other dealerships.

We had a wonderful experience with Coggin Acura. I had been in the market for a 2021 RDX advanced package in blue with gray interior. Every dealership I contacted who had this exact car in stock was charging a huge premium to upscale. I contacted Coggin Acura through their internet sales department and was immediately contacted by Andy. Coincidentally the price we were given for the car was within dollars of what we wanted to pay. We were shocked they did not try and charge a premium like the other dealers. They even included extras other dealers tried to charge an arm and a leg for. Because of my health we were not able to make the trip to the dealership but Andy arranged to meet us about halfway. All the paperwork was ready for me to sign and it was the easiest buying of a car I have ever experienced. From Andy to the finance manger, I just can’t sing the praises loudly enough of this dealership! Thank you so much for being honest and making everything so easy!
