Andy and Michael were great. Andy was very knowledgeable with answering my questions, explaining the features of the car and the value of buying a new Acura. As a loyal Acura customer, this dealer went over and beyond while making the process easy for me. I’ve always loved the RDX but didn’t think a new one would be in the cards for me. Our sales person Carlos was great. It was our first lease and he helped us through the process. We had a few hiccups with the finance department but things eventually got worked out. We are very pleased with our new vehicle 🚗

It was quick and the staff was super friendly

It was my fist time going into this dealership and I went for an oil change. From the time i arrived to the time that I left the staff including the gentleman that took care of me. They were very professional and clear with the information they provided. The waiting area was nice, clean and quiet. I was able to get some work done while i was waiting. They checked my car and and provided details with pictures and prices of new things that they found during their test that needed to be worked on. I did not expect that part with the pictures for proof, I think that was awesome. Anyways Mr. Rafael was kind to provide me more information about the needs of my car and the reason why its important to take care of issues sooner than the other issue that the car has. Overall good service, good people and place.

Stephanie Mulholland is excellent to work with. She is trustworthy and knowledgeable. She explains things clearly and always goes beyond expectations in customer service. She is a tremendous asset to the Acura Service Department.
