My Acura needed a scheduled tune-up and identification of several electrical problems. Coggin Acura identified all these issues, texted me with what work needed to be done and the cost, and asked me to authorize each item I wished completed. I appreciate the head's up on each repair so questions could be asked. This kind of honesty will keep customers coming back.

Old Acura battery would not hold a charge, so I brought it in for a replacement. I was quickly attended to and the battery was checked. Diagnosis indicated it was bad and because it was still under warranty, Coggin immediately swapped it out for a new one. Total time was under 30 minutes. Quick and efficient service. And it's great to know and use an auto service shop that honor warranties without any hassle!
