We lost our Lexus IS250 Fsport in a total loss accident 10/22/24 and we could not locate another one so we decided to try the UX200, my mother loved it so we searched around and Coggin Acura in Fort Pierce had just listed one that was an F-Sport Pkg. I called and spoke with Dwayne who was one of the directors. Dwayne was excellent in describing the car to me and the current condition, he matched us up with Carlos. Carlos was very informative and helped with ever aspect of the sale. I let him know we are driving 150 miles, Dwayne and Carlos made us feel like family. We are over joyed with our experience of how friendly the sales and directors were. The owners of Coggin should feel special that they have a wonderful team running that dealership. Jay the finance manager was super helpful and informative of the extended warranty as well. Thank You for one of the best experiences in the car buying world, as I was a past auto dealer you guys are 100% in my book.

Repairs seem to went well, but still early to tell for sure. Staff was friendly and waiting lounge was clean and comfortable with annemmities. The only thing I didn't understand was the scheduling on line. Seem all the slots were open to bring the car in for a recall. According to the recall letter, the car would be kept for 3 - 11 hours, depending on what they find. After checking later in the day, I was told they haven't looked at the car yet cause they did not have a full staff, and they would accommodate me with a rental if the car was not ready the next day. Because I was given a rental for a few days at their cost, I was not inconvenience without a car. But it seems as the dealership could had save some cost to themselves if they told me to bring the car in at a later date when they would be ready to look at it. The car was running fine and I would have scheduled to bring it in much later when they would ready to look at it right away. As I already waited several months as parts were not available when I received my initial recall letter, so operating the car a few more days or a week later, I don't think would had been an issue. Again, it wasn't much inconvenience or cost to me, but wouldn't the dealership had save the cost of the rental if they told me to bring the car in when they were ready to look at it. Cause according to the letter, it shouldn't have taken more than 11 hours after it was determined what needed to be done. Other then that, the dealership service department gets a 👍

Had appointment for recall servicing. Larry Lambert was incredibly professional.. recall repair was anticipated as several days due to location of repair.. Loaner was provided, Thank you. I will continue having my vehicle serviced at Coggin dealer in Fort Pierce. And when time for new purchase comes, I will reach out to Coggin dealer as well.
