Everything took place on time and efficiently. I was kept informed during the process. All personnel were extremely professional and friendly. Arturo Robiero sold the vehicle to me two years ago, and he even remembered my dog's name!

Old Acura battery would not hold a charge, so I brought it in for a replacement. I was quickly attended to and the battery was checked. Diagnosis indicated it was bad and because it was still under warranty, Coggin immediately swapped it out for a new one. Total time was under 30 minutes. Quick and efficient service. And it's great to know and use an auto service shop that honor warranties without any hassle!
