I have always had my RDX serviced at Coggin my service manager Stephanie is the best and is the reason I keep coming back

I didn't quite understand the way in which your team approaches service. This is the first time that I didn't meet with the service representative before going to the waiting area. Not sure why, most of the time you meet with the service rep, go over the specifics you need, as well as what might be necessary. If there's any update to that generally the service rep or the manager will come out and share it with you.
