Dealership is great, Gen Mgr, service Mgr and service advisor are all fantastic. This is my fourth Mdx, first 3 were great. 2019 has a severe transmission problem that Acura Corporate says is operating as designed. Vehicle is unsafe and dealer has gone above the call of duty to fix it. Last Acura my family will ever but and there have been 12.
