We are from Aiken, SC and found the gently used Audi that we were looking for at Coggin..... However; we are over 700 miles away and due to the Virus, we were not excited to travel. Coggin made buying long distance easy.... the Salesman(Carlos) and his finance helper(Craig) worked hard to get it financed and delivered. Remarkable since it wasn’t a new car..... the service was the same..... Excellent !!!!! We are happy and highly recommend

From the moment I entered the Dealership and was handed a Cold Bottled Water from the salesman, I knew I was going to have an enjoyable car shopping experience. The staff was very friendly and worked hard to get me a great deal. I would highly recommend Coggins Acura to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

I was impressed with the courteous service and ease of purchasing the vehicle. When it came however, to getting every thing I paid for, it didn’t materialize. I was to get a 3 month trial of SeriousXM with my purchase. When I called Serious ( which was almost an act of futility) to activate it, they said “my trial was already consumed.” I bought the car that day. I called Randy, my salesman, he stated he couldn’t help me. Bottom line, I paid for the trial over the phone with my debit card directly to SeriousXM. I spoke to the Dealer Mgr, Mr. Slezak ( forgive the misspelling) he was surprised by the denial and would look into it. He was pleasant and accommodating to speak to however, That was some time last week. Haven’t heard from him or any one else since. Oh well, a sign of the times. I live appx 20 miles from the Dealer and it’s not worth the effort to return for the trial period. I would recommend the Dealership n my salesman. If it was a major issue, I would have handled it in person.
