This was a very straight forward, no game playing experience. The sales team at Coggin Acura discussed my options, research the competitors offers and offered a very good deal on an ILX. The negotiating process was painless and very professional. My salesman, Arturo, always responded promptly and did not pressure the sale, which was a nice change from their competitors. The GM, James, also did not pressure me into a sale and answered all of my concerns and questions. If he didn't know an answer, then he'd find out. This interaction allowed me to purchase the vehicle with confidence. I would highly recommend this dealership.

This dealership is very clean, with lots of room for customers to practice social distancing. They are always well stocked with hot/cold beverages, and a wide variety of snacks while you wait. A regular service job (oil change etc) ,is about an hour long but not inexpensive. They do keep you abreast of any additional service jobs that can be performed during your visit. Always a pleasant visit except for the final bill.

Excellent. No haggling and on point. This day in age the amount of information on the Internet gave me enough insight to know when a car dealer was holding back. EVERY THING was smooth. As for these surveys, do they make sense? How do you capture feedback from the lost deals?

Experience was smooth and efficient. Arturo was a pleasure to work with and ironed out all of the details for me behind the scenes, so when I got there, I could focus on the new Acura and wrapping up the paperwork. Worth the drive up!
