Waiting time for car was approximately 2 hrs. No loaner was offered as they did not have one available. The car serviced was NOT my MDX , but my RL 2010- a wonderful ehicle. The service, as always was terrific! The manager, Steve, and the general service associste, Bill, are great reflections of your company- friendly, knowledgeable, always helpful.
