I am always pleased with the quality and attention provided by the service dept staff. They also are very knowledgeable and professional.

A combination of service department personnel and the salesman that sold me the car were able to succesfully accomplish the warranty replacement of the faulty navigation and computer screen that came with the car. A loaner car similar to the one I purchased was provided and my daily calls to check on progress were courteously handled.

I went for a repair of my acura, repair was not covered by warranty. I eventually had to finance a vehicle and the process went very smooth. The service team rep Steven, sales rep Craig were very helpful. The floor manager was very involved ensuring that I was well taken care of.
