The visit was good, Tim was very polite and concerned about my issue. However, Unfortunately the issue I was having when I brought it in is still happening. The car at times seems to have problems shifting, the RPMs stay really high and the car doesn’t move. This happened yesterday, 12/15/2019, as I was pulling out of a parking spot.

All good. Experienced salesman provided me with all the information I needed to make the deal.

Service advisor and mechanic explained work performed in a way that was easy to understand. They took many steps to help permanently correct the 9 speed transmission problem in the MDX. Not much more I could ask for they tried everything. Ironically I brought my wifes CRV in for service yesterday at Johnson Honda. She has no problems with the vehicle. However the service mgr and I discussed the 9 speed trans mission and Honda is attempting to correct the problem. Guess thats all I can ask for. Coggins personnel were great.
